Prophet Ibrahim Story Box

The holy Quran relates many aspects from the life of Prophet Ibrahim a.s., like his uncle Azar and the making of idols,King Nimrod and his test of being thrown in the fire,his son Ismail and the sacrifice,building of Kaaba and so on. The story box that was made has the objects that cover his life from birth up until him coming out safe from the fire. It was a great learning process to make it.Following are the props that were made for the story box.

1. Baby in the Cave:To keep Baby Ibrahim safe from the people of Nimrod,

Prophet Ibrahim's a.s mother took him to a cave and left him there in care of Allah s.w.t.

The prop here was made with thick brown paper shaped with hands into a cave like appearance. A small piece of felt was wrapped into a baby blanket with a small head

(a wooden bead) popping out of the blanket.The baby was glued to the inside of the cave with dried grass under it.The whole thing was sprayed with varnish.
